Rachel

Rachel is a Registered Psychologist with almost 20 years experience working across a range of psychological settings. She values a holistic and personalised approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to suit the unique needs of each individual she works with. 

Rachel is committed to helping discover what works best for them, supporting their understanding of behavioural patterns and personal perspectives. She aims to equip individuals with the tools they need to build healthier coping strategies and foster more meaningful relationships.

She has extensive experience working with adults experiencing Depression, Stress, Adjustment Disorders, Relationship Issues, Personality Disorders, Stress, PTSD, Trauma, Work-related Incidents, and risk management.

Rachel primarily draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Schema and Trauma-focused Therapy in her clinical practice.
