Sandra is a Registered Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience supporting people to navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. She brings warmth, authenticity, and a gentle sense of humour to her work, helping clients feel at ease and supported, even when discussing difficult experiences.
Sandra has worked across a range of settings, including supporting families of children with disabilities and individuals with genetic conditions, as well as providing bushfire recovery counselling in the not-for-profit sector. In recent years, she has worked with adults experiencing more complex and long-standing mental health challenges.
She has a particular interest in trauma, personality patterns, and interpersonal difficulties, and also supports people adjusting to significant life changes, including injury and its impact on day-to-day life.
Sandra works collaboratively and flexibly, tailoring her approach to each person’s needs and goals. She focuses on helping clients develop insight, strengthen coping strategies, and move toward a more stable, meaningful, and self-directed life."
