Come along and join us for a 1.5 hour session to explore how Mindfulness can help you be calmer, less stressed, and more focused on the people and things you love. We will take you on a journey of understanding the science behind stress and happiness and demonstrate how to cultivate a positive mindset to face the challenges of life with confidence.
