A weekly program to help you finally put your health first

Grow Club is about nurturing the five pillars of good health, including:

GROW CLUB

Getting you on track and keeping you on track.

Have you ever committed to a new health kick that fizzled out two weeks later? Do you often say “next week I’ll start being more healthy!” but next week never arrives?

Do you know what you need to do but somehow life continues to get in the way of you focusing on yourself and prioritising activities that will help you live your best life?

Grow Club is a weekly program that takes you on a journey of growing, learning and managing your mind to stay focused on wellness, even amongst your regular daily disruptions. It’s no miracle cure. It’s about setting goals, committing to consistent small achievements and staying accountable to your intentions to achieve sustainable change.

We’ll be by your side, cheering you on, and assisting you to achieve your wellness goals:

  • Reminding you to put your health and wellbeing first

  • Showing you how to grow and nurture new habits

  • Being your mum, your therapist, your PT and your personal assistant to help you stay on track

  • Guiding you on a journey of manageable and achievable positive change and growth

  • Helping you adjust and adapt your intentions and actions to the fluctuating chaos of life

  • Providing tools which enable you to build a plan, set routines and maintain a mentality that is focused on lasting change

  • Keeping you moving in the direction of your goals, to achieve gradual adaptation and track your progress along the way.
