Online psychology or counselling, also called telehealth in Australia, was a delivery model we adapted during the pandemic lockdowns. In this time, the team at The Mindful Centre expanded with Psychologists wanting to be a part of this exciting new chapter. We were able to reduce waitlist without compromising quality care.

What we discovered is that delivering online enabled us to collaborate with Psychologists across Australia who shared our passion of providing ONLY the best quality care with a shared passion for adapting to change and using innovative ways to stay connected. We now pride ourselves on having an amazing team of experienced Psychologists across the country, with varying specialities, to enable us to better match you with a professional for your individual needs.

Our fees are below what you would expect to pay for face to face sessions.

    Please note getting a mental health plan via your GP will also subsidise costs. Whilst many health insurance providers offer rebates for psychology. We also offer NDIS participants access to immediate sessions.
